This is a 2-hour workshop involving the entire school team. This can be offered as a twilight session or on PD day. The workshop will explore the behaviour management within the school. In line with the school behaviour policy staff will look at their options to manage each level taking into consideration the need to make reasonable adjustments. By the end of the session your team will have an understanding of what works well and areas of improvement and have the opportunity to support each other in managing behaviour consistently. The senior leadership team will have an opportunity to develop an action plan for them to discuss and finalise on how they move forward.
